Kos pendaftaran pemulaan sekali sahaja adalah berjumlah RM400 dan yuran tahunan adalah RM499. Kos yang dinyatakan hanya untuk fungsi bank atas talian Malaysia sahaja tidak termasuk fungsi kad kredit/debit

Nota: Untuk menambah fungsi kad kredit, caj sekali sahaja sebanyak RM954 akan dikenakan oleh pihak Bank untuk mendapat kebenaran dari Bank Negara.

Jika anda tidak menggunakan fungsi kad kredit, anda hanya perlu melalui proses Fasa 1 sahaja.

- Letter of Agreement
- Letter of Consent (For Partnership Only)
- Director Resolutions(For Sdn Bhd Only)
- Alliance Bank Application Form(please get all director to sign and company stamp on bottom of requested place)
- FPX Merchant Registration Form( Please just fill up page 1 & sign off on page 4 will do)
- Photocopy IC of Directors(Must be very clear to see the name, number, and face)
- Latest 3 months bank statement/one month for new company setup
- Company Registration Form[Sdn Bhd: Form 9, 24, 49, M&A (Photocopy Certified True Copy), Sole Proprietor & Partnership(Full Set)]
*Note: Bisnes dalam website mesti sama didalam SSM.
FASA 2: DIPERLUKAN UNTUK PEMOHONAN KREDIT KAD
- Company Interior Photo: Any two company photos with signage or office interior. Please provide working environment photo will do for home based merchant.
- Website Compliance: Merchant website have to in real live status showing nature of business info, product pricing(in MYR Currency) and description.
* About Us: Please introduce your nature of business clearly.
* Contact Us: Please display at least one email address and contact number, company name and registration number as per SSM
* Refund Policy: Please declare clearly on your website, refundable, or non-refundable is just fine.
3. Please provide photocopy/screenshot ownership of domain registration.
4. Bank processing fee of RM 954.
